Injustice 2 tier list questions

Why are Raven, Ares and Scorpion not on the list?

They are not playable in the console version of Injustice 2. Raven and Scorpion appear in the mobile game or as skins, and Ares was only considered. This list covers the console fighters and downloadable fighter packs.

Which characters are guests?

Sub-Zero and Raiden from Mortal Kombat, Hellboy from Dark Horse Comics and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are the guest fighters on this list. All the others are from DC Comics.

How should I rank Injustice 2 characters?

Common criteria include competitive strength, ease of learning, design, story role and fun. Many fans rank by archetype, such as zoners and grapplers, or by their DC team.
