The first meeting with Morgott's twin, in the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds beneath Leyndell. Mohg and his brother were born as accursed Omen and kept shackled underground because of it.

About Elden Ring
Elden Ring is an action RPG from FromSoftware, with worldbuilding by author George R. R. Martin. Its Lands Between are guarded by demigods and large optional bosses, and the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion added more.
Boss difficulty depends heavily on your build and level, so a tier list of Elden Ring bosses is personal. Decide whether you rank by difficulty, spectacle, fairness or how fun the fight was.
What to consider when you rank bosses
- Difficulty
- Fight design and fairness
- Spectacle and music
- Memorability
- How many attempts it took
Elden Ring tier list questions
Which Elden Ring bosses are in the base game and which are DLC?
Most bosses here come from the base game, but Dancing Lion, Rellana, Messmer, Romina, Metyr and Promised Consort Radahn are from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, which needs Starscourge Radahn defeated first.
Do I have to defeat every boss on this list to finish the game?
No. Many are optional, such as Starscourge Radahn, Malenia and Astel, while others must be beaten to progress, including Morgott, Maliketh, Godfrey and the final fight with Radagon and the Elden Beast.
How should I rank Elden Ring bosses?
People rank them by difficulty, fight design, music, lore or personal memories. Decide your rule first, because the hardest boss for one build is often an easy fight for another.
