Rainbow Six Siege (R6) tier list questions
How current is the Rainbow Six Siege roster?
The list covers operators up to Noor in Operation Split Fire. Ubisoft adds operators every year, and Solid Snake was announced for Operation Silent Hunt, so check the game for the latest additions.
Why do the write-ups focus on backgrounds?
Operator strength changes with each season's patches, so the write-ups state each operator's identity, side and expansion, which stay stable, and leave out tier claims.
How should I rank Rainbow Six Siege operators?
Common criteria include gadget, usefulness, fun, design and strength in your rank. Many players rank attackers and defenders separately, since the two sides play very differently.
