How current is the Apex Legends roster?

The list covers Legends added up to Fade as of the review date. Respawn adds Legends regularly, so check the game for the latest additions.

Which Legends are free to play?

Bangalore, Bloodhound, Gibraltar, Lifeline, Pathfinder and Wraith are unlocked by default. The others are unlocked with digital currency, or with the Champion Edition for older Legends.

How should I rank Apex Legends?

Common criteria include strength in your rank, team synergy, ease of use and fun. Many players rank by role, such as assault, skirmisher, recon, support and controller.
